So the rooms were clean, bed comfy, the cleaning staff was really nice. But, while my kids and I were down stairs buying snacks, the lady at the desk was kinda rude. . older lady walked up to her and started griping at her about something with her check. Then, the lady at the desk taking the money was kinda fumbling with our change and the old lady grabbed the money from her and said something about her not knowing the correct change. It was kinda uncomfortable to be honest
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at Best Western! The room was absolutely spotless—so clean and fresh that it felt brand new. It’s clear that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. On top of that, the coffee maker in the foyer brewed the best coffee I have ever had! It was the perfect start to my morning. I was beyond impressed with my stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
After a disappointing stay in a Best Western Plus in Georgetown Kentucky, this is awesome. Clean rooms, very helpful ladies at the front desk and just 15 minutes outside of Memphis. We noticed we were paying a higher rate than others checking in, we asked about it and our rate was immediately adjusted by the front desk. Very roomy clean lobby and great breakfast. Nice thick towels and comfy bed.
This was the best hotel experience. The room was huge, super clean, great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'd drive well out of my way to stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay! The room was big and had lots of room! Our bathroom was huge! Breakfast was yummy! Great selection. Kids got to swim in the pool before bed. Awesome little coffee/cappuccino machine in the lobby. Overall great experience!
